Chef Melissa is known for her East Coast flavors, and for preparing meals that are both comforting and soulful. Her clients require a wide range of dietary needs and she’s adept at crafting meals that tailor to keto, vegan, gluten-free, salt-free, and beyond.
In addition to using rich southern seasonings, she utilizes preparation techniques that make her foods more flavorful, from seafood to vegan dishes.
