Personal Assistant ($17/hr)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages
  • Pick up/drop off deliveries and run errands as needed on Sundays and Mondays (not required) ($25-$35 bonus)
  • Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transportation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Prep Chef ($20/hr)

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and sanitizing workstations
  • Following prep lists created by chef
  • Measuring ingredients and seasonings, and preparing cooking ingredients such as soup stock to be used in the cooking process
  • Preparing simple dishes, such as entrees or salads
  • Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible
  • Assisting chef in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that arise
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen
  • Preparing drinks and cocktails according to the chef’s specifications
  • Prepping errands and helping with weekly orders

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school training would be advantageous
  • Experience as a prep cook may be advantageous
  • Food handlers preferred

Sous Chef ($25/hr)

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to majority of Prep Chef responsibilities in addition to the following
  • Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
  • Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
  • Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school training would be advantageous
  • Food handlers
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
